Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping & Dispatch

Dispatch days: Monday to Saturday.
Daily order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (IST).
Order processing/handling time: Dispatch within 4 days.
Estimated delivery time (India): 2–4 days after dispatch (approx.).
Estimated delivery time (International): 7–15 business days after dispatch (depends on destination country and customs clearance).

India: shipping is free on orders of ₹2,499 and above. For orders below ₹2,499, shipping charge is ₹150.
International: shipping fees (if applicable) are paid by the customer at checkout.

International orders: 100% online payment is required. International orders will be charged in USD.
Customs / import duties (International): any customs duty, import tax, or clearance charges (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.
International re-shipping / returned shipments: if an international shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the customer must pay the re-shipping cost to ship it again.
India re-shipping / returned shipments: if an India shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the order will be treated as cancelled and the 30% advance payment is non-refundable.

Orders require an advance payment of 30% of the total order value to confirm the order.
COD is available only for deliveries within India.
The remaining 70% is payable on delivery (COD), where available.

Returns/replacements are accepted only if the product is defective/damaged or there is an issue with the item.
Return/replacement request window: within 2 days of delivery.
To request a return/replacement, you must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue/defect.
Return shipping cost:
- India orders: we will bear the return shipping cost (if the return is approved as per policy).
- International orders: the customer bears the return shipping cost.
